How to Apply to Our Homeschool Program


Thank you for your interest in our Homeschool Program! Now you would like to enroll your student. Below you will find our step-by-step enrollment process!

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Fill out and submit our Inquiry Form (make sure to provide us with the most relevant and accurate information).

STEP 2: Email Confirmation of Inquiry Form

After you submit your inquiry form, you will receive an email. The email will confirm your submission and provide you with a link to complete your student's enrollment form with a unique enrollment passcode.

STEP 3: Complete Application Form

  1. From the Email confirmation, please select the link to your student's application form.
  2. You will be directed to a webpage where you will be asked to input your passcode.
  3. Enter your passcode.
  4. Please complete your student's enrollment form.
  5. At the end of the form, you will be asked to sign the form by inputting your initials digitally.
  6. After signing your student's enrollment form, please submit it.

STEP 4: Class Schedule and PO (Purchase Order)


  1. After submitting your student’s enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email for your class.
  2. Please contact your program coordinator and have them email info@optimuslearningschool.com your students' PO. Once we receive your students' PO, they may begin their class at Optimus Learning School.

STEP 5: Assessment Test


After we receive your students' PO, you will receive an email that will contain assessment test details. For details about our assessment tests, please visit our website here: OLS-Assessment Tests.

STEP 6: Credentials Emails


  1. Before starting our program, you will receive an email containing your student’s username and password to access our online system and app.
  2. Please read our online system manual here: OLS-Online System.
  3. Please read our MyOLS app manual here: OLS-MyOLS App.
