How to Apply to Our Summer Program

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form

Fill out and submit our Inquiry Form (make sure to provide us with the most relevant and accurate information).

STEP 2: Email Confirmation of Inquiry Form

After you submit your inquiry form, you will receive an email. The email will confirm your submission and provide you with a link to complete your student's enrollment form with a unique enrollment passcode.

STEP 3: Complete Application Form

1. From the Email confirmation, please select the link to your student's enrollment form.
2. You will be directed to a webpage where you will be asked to input your passcode.
3. Enter your passcode.
4. Please complete your student's enrollment form.
5. At the end of the form, you will be asked to sign the form by inputting your initials digitally.
6. After signing your student's enrollment form, please submit it.

STEP 4: Invoice and How to Pay Your Student's Tuition

1. After submitting your student’s enrollment, you will receive an email that will contain your summer invoice.
2. Optimus provides the following methods to complete your payment of your student’s tuition.

STEP 5: Assessment Test & Credentials to Access the Optimus System

Upon successful completion of enrollment, Optimus requires your student to complete an assessment test. For details about our assessment tests, please visit our website here: OLS-Assessment Tests.

STEP 6: Last Trimester Report Card & Instructions about Homework and Worksheets

After you submit the last trimester report card, Optimus will email you instructions about how to access homework and worksheets for their classes.
